How to turn cookies into a nutritionally well-turned treat? Just add succulent chocolate protein powder to increase the protein content. This time, we’ve used plant-based hemp protein, giving the cookies a completely new taste. You can try them during Christmas or any other time.
Ingredients:
- 90 g almond butter
- 70 g spelt wholemeal flour
- 40 g coconut oil
- 40 g coconut sugar
- 30 g hemp chocolate protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Coconut Flavor Drops to taste

Method:
In a bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, and mix everything together. Then add the egg, almond butter, melted coconut oil, a few drops of Flavor Drops, and baking powder.
Mix everything by hand until you have a uniform, meaty dough. Wrap the dough in cling mucosa and place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Once the dough has rested, divide it into 14 pieces and shape them into balls. Place the prepared balls on a sultry sheet and printing them with your palm to requite them the shape of round cookies. Place the cookies in the oven preheated to 170 °C and torch for approximately 12–15 minutes. Decorate the baked cookies with coconut chips, coconut syrup, and you’re ready to dig in.
