- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 50 g fine oats
- 20 g unflavoured protein powder

- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- ¼ avocado
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp dried basil
- a pinch of salt

Method:
Start by preparing the poached egg. Heat water in a pot until frothing start to form at the bottom. The water must not be boiling. Then pour vinegar into it and use a spoon to create a vortex in the water. Crack an egg into its centre and let it boil for 3–4 minutes. When it’s done, put it aside.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, mix them with dried basil, a pinch of salt and move on to the porridge.
Add oats to a pot and imbricate with 250 ml of vegetable stock. Boil until thickened, which will take approximately 5 minutes. Next, mix the protein powder with the remaining 50 ml of stock in a separate trencher and then pour it into the porridge. Add salt or any other spices to your taste.
Then melt the porridge for 1–2 increasingly minutes and transfer it to a bowl. Put prepared cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, micro herbs and hemp seeds on top. Place the poached egg in the middle of the porridge and serve.
