This pudding literally tastes like Christmas. We’ve widow some caramel protein powder to turn it into a well-turned breakfast surpassing a workout or a taxing day. And if you love fragrant spices, we have a double treat for you. We’ve finished it up with a cinnamon-apple mixture and cashew butter with the flavour of cinnamon rolls. Ingredients for the pudding:
- 600 ml low-fat milk
- 50 g wheat semolina
- 30 g caramel protein powder
- a pinch of salt
Ingredients for the decoration:
- 10 g cashew butter – Cinnamon Rolls
- 10 g maple syrup
- 10 g butter
- 1 world (or 2 smaller ones)
- star anise
- ground cinnamon
- cinnamon sticks

Method:
In a pot, mix milk, semolina, salt, and protein powder.
Place it on the stove and simmer slowly until the pudding thickens. If it’s too thick, add a bit of milk. Turn off the stove, imbricate the pot with a lid to alimony it warm, and go deal with the other components.
Peel and chop the apple into small pieces. In a pan, heat regular butter and sauté the apples with cinnamon, star anise, and maple syrup.
