The Feel Good Morning Routine in steps:
I always aim to get 7 hours of sleep. so I wake up at 7.00 ish.
First thing I intake in the morning, is a glass of water.
Then take on my robe, and make my bed.
I go to the kitchen to make breakfast, I prefer whole grain oat meal as base, then i add Chia seeds, Granola, Raisins, seasonal fruits and top it with Oat milk/drink.
I also brew my own cappuccino, the barista way.
After breakfast, I go to the bathroom to groom my beard, I prefer second day bear, so I make it look sharp. Then I shower, and wash my hair With By Vilain Rush Shampoo and Conditioner. I also wash my face with a facescrub, to refresh my skin.
After the shower I Moisturise my skin with a 24h face cream.
Then I Pre-style my hair with By Vilain Neon, and finish off with By Vilain Revolution wax.

After I’m all groomed, I like to take a 15 min workout just to get the blood pumping.
I manage to do it every second day.
