Join me for this 40 minute total body floor barre workout! Its a non-impact workout you can do anywhere. All you will need is s mat and YOU!
Im here to help you stay positive and active wherever life finds you. This workout video is especially designed for those of you who are looking for non-weight bearing, low impact exercise or are coming back from an injury. I hope this exercise video helps you find ways to move and feel good in your body.
I believe in you and know you can do whatever you put your mind to by being smart, staying positive, and finding your strong.
To do this video you will first need to check with your doctor and physical therapist. Honor your body and train smart and you will recover from your injury fast! You can repeat this video daily or as many times as your doctor says is OK :)
You can also do this video for ab, core, hip, and total body strength when you are not injured - its a great workout!! Lots of butt and abs, along with arms and back. Try this video and let me know how it makes you feel in the comments below. Stay strong and keep smiling my friends.
