Monday - Leg Workout (THIS VIDEO)
Tuesday - Rest/Cardio
Wednesday - repeat Leg Workout
Thursday - Ab/Upper Body workout
Friday - Rest/Cardio
Saturday - Both Legs & Upper Body
Sunday - REST DAY
