2. (Assisted) Chinups | 6-12 Reps | 3-5 Sets
3. Negative Pullups | 5-10 Sec | 4-6 Reps
4. Pullup Hold | 15-30 Sec | 3 Sets
5. Bodyweight Rows | 12-20 Reps | 3 Sets
