The 21-Day Shred: Full Body Workout: Day 7

At the start of August, Men's Fitness launched the 21 Day Shred along with Mike Simone. The program is a downloadable PDF with a full 21 day training program including full body circuits, old-school bodybuilding splits, interval training, and cardio challenges. The plan also includes Mike's exact diet when training to get lean. In addition to the workouts and food plan, there's several additional pieces of content to help you keep your results for the long term.
