This was his first calisthenics workout ever and we think he did very well! The skills we taught him were; - The handstand (3 seconds hold now, next time free handstand!) - L-sit to handstand (negative version, next time free positive version) - Backlever (Skin the cat + 5sec tucked, next time adv. tucked) - Pole flag (full pole flag!) Next week we will be doing another workout with Merijn!
